1. Overview
Our platform connects customers with independent service providers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not directly handle or store sensitive card details.
2. How payments work
When a customer books a service through our platform:
- The customer pays for the service using a secure online payment method (e.g. credit or debit card).
- The payment is processed by our payment provider, Stripe.
- After the service is completed, the provider is paid immediately.
- The platform may deduct a service fee or commission from the total payment.
3. Payouts to service providers
Service providers are paid immediately after completing a job, through Stripe to their linked account.
- Payment is released as soon as the job is marked complete
- Delays may occasionally occur due to verification or security checks
- Providers are responsible for keeping their payout details accurate and up to date
4. Refunds and disputes
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Customers may request a refund if a service is not delivered or is unsatisfactory
- The platform may mediate disputes between customers and providers
- Final decisions regarding refunds may be made by the platform in accordance with our Terms of Service
5. Fees and commissions
The platform charges a commission fee on each completed transaction. The exact percentage may vary depending on service type or provider agreement.
6. Third-party payment providers
We use Stripe to handle all transactions securely. Stripe is responsible for:
